A message to art students from the editors of "Mangrove":
I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you about upcoming events and dates for Mangrove, the undergraduate literary journal at UM. Our next full staff meeting will be on October 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the Writing Center, and we welcome and encourage everyone to come and get involved in the journal, whether it be through reading, editing, art and design, etc.
Our next submission deadline is October 10th. Again, we’re looking for high quality fiction, poetry, and artwork from students in all different kinds of majors. For our nonfiction category, we are looking for writing with a creative spirit. There are generally no other restrictions of style or topic, except that submissions should be intellectually stimulating and of excellent quality. For more information please visit our website at www.as.miami.edu/mangrove or contact us at mangrovejournal@gmail.com
Sincerely,
Danny Elfanbaum
