From: Juraj Kojs <juraj@kojs.net>
(To the Art Dept.)
I am writing to you to explore the possibility of your Bachelor and Master students doing an internship with our foundation.
The foundation’s mission is to cultivate composition, performance, production and research of emerging electronic music, art and multimedia forms. FETA seeks to expand our understanding of the world around us through exploration and promotion of novel expressions that fuse arts with technologies. Our current programs include 12 Nights of Electronic Music and Art, Acoustica 21, SofIA: Sonorities of Interactive Acoustics, FETA Prize in Sound Art and cybermusik.net research group.
We are currently seeking interns to cover the areas of graphic design, web design and photography. Descriptions of the individual internship positions are below.
The internship will enable the students to be trained in the non-profit sector, developing a multitude of skills that can be transfer into any private and public area. We believe that the internships will result in increasing the students’ competitiveness in the job market. We would certainly appreciate a collaborative effort in scheduling the internship. In particular, pairing it with work-study would be effective.
It would be our honor to offer these positions to your students.
I also teach in the Frost School of Music,
