The Drawing Machine by Harvey Moon.

A young inventor, Chicago-based Harvey Moon, has designed, built and programmed robots that will draw for him. "I always wanted to render these images that were in my mind, and the drawing machine was a way for me to collaborate with the machines to create these works," he said in an interview with The Creator's Project.
