to LYNDA-COM-USERS:
As you may already know, the lynda.com Library® is available free of charge for all University of Miami faculty, staff, and students. If you are unfamiliar with this service, lynda.com is an online eLearning website that hosts high-quality instructional video courses covering the latest software, as well as creative and business skills taught by recognized industry experts.
Effective April 9th, 2013, the way you access lynda.com will change slightly. Click on miami.edu/lynda and log in with your CaneID and password to access the site. (If you previously created a lynda.com profile, you will no longer need it.)
We are excited about lynda.com joining the growing list of technology services accessible via a single-sign-on. This means that there will be one less password for you to remember!
Please don’t hesitate to contact the UMIT Service Desk with any questions
