It seems that Google has made the chapters of your textbook difficult to read online by omitting pages every so often. Hopefully you have ordered a book online by now, but if not, here is the Amazon link:
http://www.amazon.com/Design-Fundamentals-Media-James-Bennett/dp/1401837794/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1314712739&sr=8-1
PLEASE ORDER IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Students can get books shipped in a 2-day timeframe for free if they register an account with Amazon (see the bottom of the book listing at the above link).
In the meantime, do your best to keep up--read the pages that ARE available online on the FAQ page and note the vocabulary particularly. I'd recommend downloading the study guides on the MOD1 tab (scroll down on that page to "Quiz Study Guides"), looking up the vocabulary/concepts listed, and taking notes. (If you do a search in the Google book version for a particular term, the page will often show up.)
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully this won't have to affect our Quiz schedule. The first quiz is Sept.13 and covers chapters 1, 2, 6, 8, & 9.
