WARNING: NO NAME/NO GRADE

When you email me your finished files for assigned projects, they go automatically to my grade folder. If your name was not typed into the file name somewhere (first or last or both is fine) I don't know who to give credit for the work. This causes me much frustration having to search you or your original file out and I don't like to waste my time. So....if I receive a file from you without your name--I will kick it back to you and you will have to resubmit it, and you risk receiving a zero on the assignment.

JPGs are best to email for Photoshop (TIF and PSD are typically too large to go through the UM mail system). ALWAYS ALSO EMAIL THE ORIGNAL VERSION OF THE PHOTO(S) YOU STARTED WITH SO I CAN SEE WHAT YOU ACCOMPLISHED AND PROVIDE A BRIEF NOTE IN THE EMAIL TELLING ME WHAT YOU DID, GIVING YOUR JUSTIFICATIONS, MENTIONING ANYTHING YOU STRUGGLED WITH, etc. (The ten-pointers--last assignment in each learning--module require a more elaborate written component; refer to the assignment guidelines for details.)

REMEMBER to keep a final version of the Adobe CS5 file (psd) WITH LAYERS INTACT in your folder on the server so I can cross check your work.
